How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery is a flat Rs. 250, and free on orders above Rs. 6,500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Wrong or defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 318 695 9815 to start an exchange.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD across Pakistan.
Is there a warranty?
All NOSAYA watches come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical or water damage.
